I serve small business owners and patriotic citizens who love their country and want to see America thrive again. I understand their needs by spending time with them, asking questions, listening to what drives them, and crafting a plan with my team to help them hit their targeted goals and create safety for them and their families. 

I grew up on a multigenerational farm and was inspired by my dad and encouraged by my brother to pursue business. I’ve always wanted to help families create a better life for themselves, and be a have, not a have not. I have gone through a lot in my life and many of the mistakes I made, I want to help others, especially women, avoid those. You could say it is a divine spark that fuels my passion to help liberate others in finance!

At one point as a single mom I was working 3-4 jobs, and still not making enough money to take good care of my children. I realized that although I loved teaching, it would not provide for my family. I’ve always been interested in numbers and finance, and decided to start a financial business on the side. It has grown from there. I also realized I could impact more generations helping people become financially secure than I could help in the classroom. Financial literacy & education is a big part of what I do with my clients as a result. 

I love helping people figure out a plan of action for their financial health, and also providing a holistic approach. Many people struggle with money issues because of mindset, or a framework that they have believed that might not necessarily be true. I love helping clients break out of the negative beliefs, or false beliefs, that hold them captive, and helping them realize how simple a financial plan can be, and the safety it can provide both for them and their families. Many times there are missing pieces due to health challenges or a connection that needs to be made; I refer clients to other professionals for help where needed to help them create an overall balanced and healthy life! 

I have a couple distinct product lines that target 2 different audiences. One is the lady/woman who is trying to figure out how to grow her money, eager to learn, has assets that she is not quite sure what to do with, or the couple who is in their 30s or 40s and is ready to start planning for their long term goals. I hesitate to say retirement because the world is changing so fast who knows what retirement will look like in 20-30 years?! The other audience is a business owner who has 25 or more employees, and wants to attract & retain more employees, elevate the quality of their life, help them be more present & productive at work, and also save on FICA and workmen’s comp. 

I want them to feel excited, satisfied, and secure. I want them to feel better about their lives, like they have a secure platform to stand on, or a secure place to operate out of, and the money worries have gone away. I want them to feel confident in their plan of action and excited for their future. I want them to feel empowered and educated too. 

I remember a moment with one of my favorite clients who had been taken advantage of by another advisor and she was not aware of how much she had lost until we sat down and analyzed her situation, the stage of growth she needed to be at, and what he had done with her money. It had cost her a lot, and she had lost a lot of money that went to his commission. We both cried a few tears, and then crafted a plan to diversify her assets and create a much more growth-oriented, logical plan for where she was at her stage of life. The look in her eyes when she realized what she had lost has stayed with me, and the joy & confidence I hear in her voice now that she has self-educated, made healthy fiscal choices, and has grown her money gives me extreme joy. 

My vision for the future is to create an agency that helps educate and empower clients to grow their money in places that strengthen both them and our country. There are alternatives that support liberty, security, and the values that made America great where people’s money can grow; most people are not aware of those options, or how many popular options in the market today actually undermine the security and fabric of our society. My goal is also to have people in assets that will stand the test of time no matter what happens in the world around them, and that also help create a stronger, more secure America. I am a big believer in small business being the backbone of America, and helping business owners and entrepreneurs strengthen, leverage, and solidify their financial situation. 

With my extensive experience in diverse educational situations and passion for seeing the “light turn on”, I bring an educator’s heart to my clients. This creates a much more education oriented approach where my clients really “get it”, and are empowered in a way that many clients aren’t. I’m also very patient and compassionate for my clients’ unique situations; everyone’s cases are like a puzzle to solve, and I really enjoy helping them figure out the best solution for their situation, both short and long term. I am a very analytical person, and will go over numbers several times to ensure accuracy; my clients tell me they’re grateful for that trait. I am excellent at listening to where clients are, and showing them the best options for what they need or want to do. I’m also very honest and upfront about people’s situations; I don’t do drama or subtleties.
